Even though I realize that you’re trying to be funny, the word transvestite is a derogatory word with really no humorous value outside of the world of giggling moronic frat boys. A more appropriate word would be transgender, or transsexual.
Wow… Keanu Reeves might be one of the few actors that gain something when they are translated into another language… I never knew he sounded that bad in the original movies…Other than that: while this was fun and overly long and kept me from studying for a good one and a half hour: I think next time you should really mind the volume a little more.But other than that: a nice way to start the weekend. ^^ Keep going ^^

Having not much experience with cross-dressing personally, I fell back on my knowledge of my hero, Eddie Izzard who self-identifies as a transvestite. As there was scant little development of the male bodyguard who wore traditionally female clothing, I didn’t feel comfortable making the leap to assume that the male bodyguard identified with the female gender and was in fact transsexual or transgendered.If the writers of Johnny Mnemonic had paid closer attention to their peripheral characters, such confusion could have been avoided.
